Recently Supreme court finally took notice of Bahria Town, Pakistan.
Supreme Court in its verdict further said: “The government of Sindh and the Malir Development Authority shall ensure that any land beyond this stands retrieved and no excess land shall be allowed to be occupied by Bahria Town.”
It is no hidden building this luxurious, full of amenities, and world-class society requires billions. Even if these corrupt people and real Land Mafia try to make people fool with their lame answers and justifications, still every sensible person knows how these lands are built and who support them.
Just because someone raises voice against these land mafias, political leaders, and society worms in the form of humans, they kill them.
The reality is: They’re humans, just humans, with no power excess to Allah and HIS plans for righteous people and ‘Justice is always served by Allah Subhan’ut Allah.’

The reality: Malik whites Zardari’s black money PPP is big facilitator in illegal projects of Bahria in Sindh Govt’s land was given for a private scheme against rules. PPP changed laws for giving land to Bahria Town especially in Karachi.
Total property of BTK alone today is 27k billion rupees. Pak’s total loan is 14k billion. Pakistan’s annual budget is 7.6k billion. A man like Malak Riaz is richer than whole country’s economy. How come? Definitely, no one can make this money by legal means.

Bahria town is an extreme example of spatial cleansing in the name of beautification .It destroyed villages, it drains commons like water of Sindhu Darya, it dispossessed people. This process is expanding.
Every inch of Bahria town is illegal. Tens of thousands acres of its land belong to indigenous people. This is not simply a project or housing scheme but a complete city whose area is 178sq a bit less than Islamabad’s area. This city now belongs to outsiders.

Land allotted to Bahria town in Sindh was for Wildlife Protection but, given to Malik Riaz for Pennies
The land where Bahria is spreading was initially declared as Sanctuary in 1972 under Sindh Wildlife Protection Ordinance, 1972 where all wildlife species are to be considered protective from hunting and depredation & deforestation is also strictly forbidden.
After 2 years, In 1974 Govt of Sindh through notification # WLRFT(SO-I-DCF-993)74 declared this site from Sanctuary to National Park. It is a matter of great concern how Government of Sindh authorized the MDA to sell out such a site for commercial purposes.
